On a cold January morning of 15 01 1999, the blood-thirsty, barbarous and monstrous forces of Slobodan Milosevic entered the village of Recak in Kosovo with an intention to murder, mutilate and terrorise innocent civilians.

Beating, shooting, mutilating and terrorising an entire village made of Albanian people. Say that a universal human consciousness does not perceptibly pervade all humans.
